FAQ’s

Why should I pay for your database when I can search the internet for free?

First of all - answer this question honestly - Have you EVER closed a loan with a lender as a direct result of free information that you found on a 'message board' or from the results of a search?  Have you?  That's why it's free...

Second - Not every lender – especially the good local ones – have a great internet presence – some actually prefer not to and it is usually because they do not want to be bombarded with phone calls and emails from someone ‘surfing the net’.  Some institutions do not even advertise that they will lend money (hedge funds, private equity, the millionaire down the street) – but we know they do if you get to the correct person

Third -What is your time worth?  Spending hours having your assistant or yourself calling and searching the internet is unproductive, and STOP telling yourself you are 'working' when you are doing this.  Now your assistant can call referral sources instead - attorneys, realtors, accountants, other brokers, AND MAKE YOU MONEY INSTEAD OF COSTING YOU MONEY. Most searches and message boards end up with the same handful of advertisers and other brokers.  Certainly that time would be better spent getting new clients.

 

I only need one lender for "xyz" scenario - do you sell just parts of the database?

Unfortunately, no.  It would take more effort (and thus should cost more) for us to separate out parts of the list and many lenders are in more than one niche.  Even if you just need a 'church' lender - just think of it as you are getting the other 250+ lenders for free.

 

I have a lot of lenders already – why do I need more?

If you aren’t constantly searching for new funding sources or you rely on a handful of people – you are crippling your business.  Most people that do that wind up co-brokering loans with someone who actually has multiple sources.  Now you can be that go-to broker who has all the sources and programsyou could potentially double or triple your business.  For instance - once you learn the parameters of the residential blanket loans, you can market them exclusively to real estate investors.
