The ranking of the mortgage

"Top 100" list -- and all of our other lists

State and by Loan Category) -- are based
on the popularity of the
mortgage sites as
measured by the amount of traffic they
receive.
We do not do a qualitative analysis of the
websites, but it is safe to assume that the
mortgage sites that
receive the highest amount
of Web traffic day in and day out are
likely
to offer the best rates and service, and they
are much more
Inernet-oriented than mortgage
companies who have put little effort
into
their websites.
